We at Send-A-Smile Mission, and supporting families of the cleft/craniofacial community truly understand what you are going through. We want to help you through your time of struggle, one card at a time. The greeting cards you'll receive are yours to keep; to be shared with your child now, and to treasure for years to come. Requesting a Send-A-Smile Mission in your child's name is easy - submit the attached electronic form and we'll handle the rest.

Please be a part of our mission, and make a difference in a child's life. Whether you send a greeting card with simple signature, or enclose something special like a personal message, poem, or another gift from the heart - your show of support will be greatly appreciated. After all, isn't a post-surgical smile worth the cost of a card and stamp?

Join our mailing-list and become a card missionary!
While there is no charge for this service, we encourage all card recipients, as well as all families of the community, to show support to those facing surgery, by including yourself in our Send-A-Smile Mission private group's mailing-list. Participants of the list will receive detailed email-notification of each upcoming surgery that includes information (i.e. child's first name and age, date of surgery, parental name and mailing address) sufficient for mailing greeting cards. Missionaries on Facebook will have access to our private group as well. Whether you dedicate yourself to participate in every mission, or just a few, the choice is yours!

MiCleft takes its participants privacy seriously, so we cannot share/grant access to our private group and mailing addresses without cooperation
of submitting our form which simply asks for missionary's name, email address (for private group/notification purposes), and verification that you agree to

Access to Send-A-Smile Mission private group/mailing-list is at the sole discretion of Mission Specialists and MiCleft Executives.
Unauthorized access and violation of privacy guidelines is strictly prohibited.

Mission Specialists need your help with providing children an age-appropriate gift of support, in addition
to cards; doll/animal with repaired cleft lip, retail gift card, keepsake item, etc. All donations small
and large ($5-$100+), are greatly appreciated and are accepted in the form of personal and cashier
checks, or through use of three online payment services that are listed in the right side menu.
